Not convinced we should read as much into the Tiges’ run of form (9 straight wins) as we are doing. The last 7 were at the ‘G, the previous one was on the Gold Coast against the Suns, and the first week of the run was at Marvel against the Saints.
The Lions run of 9 before losing to the Tiges on the ‘G, included away wins again the Power, the Hawks (in Tassie) and GWS.
If you were to compare both, you’d have to say the Lions’ run was better.
The Tiges interstate record this year is not great – 3 and 2 and one of those wins was that match against the Suns.
Having not played away for so long, let alone interstate, their 7 straight games at the ‘G might do them a disservice this week… but, win or lose, they will be back at the ‘G for their remaining finals, so should stroll to the flag.
Hi Guys, I was thinking of putting together a little audio montage of the funniest moments of the show. Could you tell me which episode has Finey’s story about the monkeys jockeys? Thanks.
Andrew
Hi Andrew,
Would love to hear it if you do! The monkeys on dogs story (actually dug it up myself recently) was from the Round 16 preview episode (during the preview of the Adelaide v Port Adelaide game, around 1hr 2min in. Let me know if you can’t find it. Cheers, Rohan.
