Great to hear someone else think Betts’ goal was highly overrated and overhyped. I watched the “Best 10 Betts Goals” that the AFL posted, and this latest one clearly wasn’t the best as some hysterical commentators were claiming. It’s an insult to some that were there. Eddie could get a free on the goal line and some commentators would call it his best ever goal. It seems that goal and mark of the round is heavily influenced by the commentators’ hysteria, and consequently, some more worthy ones miss out.
Rohan, did you inadvertently created an epic pun when you quipped that your ongoing reference to Petrocelli as being quick has become a ‘running gag!’.
Ha! Bravo. Love the show, Finey is gold too!
